We had no idea how this process works but Jack walked us through it every step of the way. He showed us house after house and then showed some of them again and again. He never made us feel like the nuisance that we were. He was kind and patient with us and walked us trough every aspect of the buying process.

Jack was great throughout the whole process of purchasing our home. He is the complete package you want in a realtor. When showing homes he knew exactly what houses would be of interest to us and which ones would not be based on our criteria. We would find homes online to look at and Jack would inform us if a specific home was not what we were desiring and would still show it if we wanted. He would also take our criteria and find us home to look at even if we didn't think we would be interested and it turns out a lot of those homes were pretty close to what we desired. All of which was always done in a timely fashion and with our schedule. He was always available via text, phone or email. We did plenty of weekend showings which a lot of realtors will not do. Jack was also very knowledgeable when looking at homes. He would check on heating and plumbing and look for water damages and advise you on things he found just so that you would be aware. When it came to negotiations he was great at coming up with a bid. Being novice home buyers it wa great to just ask his opinion on where to start and get an idea of where to settle. We had a lot of issues during our sale and Jack was extremely helpful with talking to the seller's realtor to get things straightened out. He even contacted their lawyer to help move things alone to hasten up the process. He was even present at closing of the house. If you want a very knowledgeable and committed realtor then Jack would be my choice hands down. I'd recommend him to everyone. There isn't enough that I could say about Jack, he stands out as a great and trusted realtor and my family and I could not be happier to have used him to buy our home.
