jack Thyfault is a very honest and straight forward man. Jack was always available every step of the way through the process of sell my late parent's home. He gave good advice on how best to present the home since it was over 100 years old and what renovations needed to be done to best sell the home. This was the first house I have ever bought! Definitely was a tough process but Jack helped me out with everything I needed, always answered any questions I had or if he didn’t know the answer he asked around and got right back to me! Jack has an all around great personality and great people skills! I would 10/10 recommend Jack for any of your needs!

We are from Massachusetts and we were looking for a hunting camp or 40 or so acres we could build on near state land. We traveled to NY three different times and Jack took us to all the locations we wanted to see every time no matter how far apart they were. Jack was up front about all the properties and told us if they were worth the price or not. We even placed an offer on one and he told us to walk away that if wasn't worth the asking price when the seller wouldn't come down. We finally bought a place and were unable to get out there for the final walk through before closing so Jack did it for us. It wasn't as agreed upon and Jack said he wasn't satisfied and that the closing should be pushed back till the seller corrected the conditions. He went back again that weekend to make sure the problem had been corrected. Great guy, would recommend him to anyone.

My husband and I discussed with Jack what we were looking for in a home and the area in which we wanted to live. He found us exactly what we were looking for and went out of his way to accommodate us. He answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. Thanks to Jack everything went smoothly from the first viewing of the home through the closing on the property.

Jack was very knowledgeable and very willing to do whatever he could to help us out in this process. Even in the midst of ahut downs he found ways for us to see homes we were interested even taking the time to go and video taping houses for us and emailing them to us. When it came time to negotiate on our home he worked everything out between the seller and us. I would highly recommend him!

This man is absolutely amazing! When the original bank my fianceé and I were going through kept changing what we "needed" for our closing and things started to sounds fishy he called local banks to find us the best loan officer for us. We went from being pushed back for 4 months to being moved in to our lovely home in 2.5 months with Community Bank. It was a long journey and he was there every step of the way. And 2 weeks after moving in he even sent us a card in the mail. We are highly appreciative of everything he has done for us!

Jack is an awesome realtor! He stuck it out with us for two years till we found a home. Then when we found it he did everything in his power to help us close.
