Jack has been incredibly helpful from beginning till the end in successful sale of our house. He has been a great friend through the process and he has been super responsive and supportive...because it can get stressful! He made it easy for us, gave excellent advise and we knew we could trust him 100% and lean on his confidence and many years of experience. Looking back, we are so grateful and could not have done it without him!

Let me start by saying that our primary home is in Philadelphia PA and we have made many LONG day trips to upstate NY looking for our forever home to retire to and use as our escape and vacation home until then. We ventured to Mcdonough In Chenango County to meet with Jack and look at a property there. Jack was more than willing to work with us on a meeting time even though he had another appointment that same morning. He was more than just professional he was welcoming as well and we felt like we've known him for years. There was no hard sell but instead he let us explore the house inside and out and was there to answer any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable about the property and the neighborhood. We requested a second showing and once again he worked with our schedule. We really liked the place and put in an offer that we felt we could handle and although we don't know this for sure we believe he worked with the seller to help us achieve our dream home. We have been looking for a very long time (years) and have met many realtors in that time but we never felt the connection or had the trust in them like we did with Jack. Once our offer was accepted we had many questions for the current owner pertaining to the property and who they used for different services and Jack happily played the liason for us and had all of our questions answered within hours of my emailing him. Again, that just goes to show that he is more than willing to go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. When it came time for settlement he met us at the house for our final walk through and we felt like we were meeting up with an old friend when we arrived. I would absolutely recommend Jack and would without a doubt use him again if ever needed. To recap our experience with Jack, he is informative, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and will absolutely do whatever it takes to make your buying / selling experience as seamless as possible and we could never thank him enough for helping us start a new chapter in our lives.

Jack has been our realtor on various occasions, and each time he has been extremely helpful, whether it was buying a home, buying land, or selling a home. We always felt that Jack was working hard for us. One can't ask for a more knowledgable realtor. There was never a delay is getting back to us if we had questions. Jack was excellent! It was an absolute pleasure to work with him. This was our first time buying a home and he made sure to assist us in every way he could. He assisted us with our home search and was patient with us, as it took a while for us to find and decide on the right home for our purchase. When we found a home that we wanted he helped us negotiate with the owner to secure the purchase and later when there were issues that needed to be addressed by the owner he went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. The purchase of our home was a very long closing, but he made sure we were informed of any changes as soon as they happened and was always timely with any request we had. Jack Thyfault was a refreshing find after a string of disappointing agents. Jack was patient, upbeat, and very knowledgeable throughout our lengthy house hunting process. He toured each house with us as if he were shopping for himself and was direct and honest. I was also impresssd with his architectural knowledge and experience which enhanced our experience.
